Charles’ Note: I really consider Tender Kisses to be the height of my film work to date. For me it is the perfect blending together of all of the different styles and forms I’ve spent the last several years trying to develop and I’m very happy to be sharing this now with the world – particularly given that I’ve been trying to make it since 2018!
